080913 So like, I'm feeling pretty good about having spent all this time on the magic cuboid (AKA new generation of teh-dsa). Because I'm not drinking or even eating much besides a Rolo that Millie gave me (although I am DYING to be soothed in that manner, but I'm still not--is it because I'm clearly picturing what will make me feel better than that? Or is just because tonight's not that bad--yet?), and I can actually see using this one, instead of just blowing wads and wads of expensive time and energy (is that redundant, and if so, which parts?) for the first time in a long time. Why it's so cool, for one thing, is that I can imagine (AND WOULD *REALLY REALLY* LIKE TO EVENTUALLY BE ABLE TO MAKE) a visualisation of the cuboid--and how cool would it look NOW, like a partially-completed new Death Star--just the addresses (got to decide what to actually "officially" call those--bits? units? rooms? loci?) that exist so far, hanging raggedly in space, rotatable, color-coded somehow by content--okay now THAT would be shit-in-the-pants COOl, brah. #gull
