030002 #eel A chinese man was strapping me to a metal chair in a room with others in similar chairs whom i could sense but not see. there were tv's in front of the room which we were more or less required to watch. the tv had a vaguely asian woman with a round face, young, maybe early twenties, doing something vaguely athletic but with a sense of psychic remove. the man was not doing a very good job of securing my restraints. he strapped loosely to my upper left arm a large boxy contraption, explaining that it encouraged greater loyalty. When he was finished, he walked away.
