Instead of getting all "get off my lawn," I just let it be. Then she scraped herself on the old torn-up tubing. Thought for a minute, then got alc swab, neosporin, & band aid. "Mind if I clean it?" She kinda laughed, Megan said, "See?" cuz she had been telling her all about the horrors of infection. She said ok, and I cleaned it. She said it stings, but was very tough about it. I patted her leg, she said thank you. I feel like Boo Radley right now a little bit.
