000096 #squirrel i think most people are ritualistic, and i know i am but i usually dont have to consciously shed lite on it. this time i just feel like it. its not that i feel i havbe ghosts or some shit in here, its all cvery mundane in a way. its just me kind of wrapping my arms around myself and giving a squeeze, you know a reassurance of strentgth and toughness and hangonnes and all kind of things like that. yeah that makes me happy that your doing that
