Shouldn’t they therefore be nicer to me? The trick to a good interview for an inexperienced professional is: use your questions to them wisely. Sure, interviews are good practice for interviews. But if they can be a source of vital information, so much the better. As soon as that guy explained to me how to work through the catch-22 of experience, I knew there was no way in hell he was going to hire me.
