It's understandable I guess. It's not that it brings the euphoria, it's that it relaxes some of the background and foreground processes that are preventing you from experiencing the euphoria you would ordinarily glean from life. (It would probably be easier to regulate and not be hysterical about if it were legal.) (2014)
